Some of you follow Michaela on Instagram and know she's been working out hard and is absolutely superhuman ripped. 

With her gym closed she seemed really worried about keeping up her form for our scheduled shoot in June, and a competition she was wanting to do too, and was doing everything she could with body weight exercises early the morning. 

As you probably know Michaela has been with me since day 1 of  PSW.  I wanted to do something and offered to sponsor a weight set.  We missed out by a day (because we were both busy) on a bench and olympic weight bar but snatched up some curb site pickup dumbbells.  It's of course hard to keep in top form with limited resources but if anyone can it's  Michaela.

Early this week watch this space for a preview of our next photo shoot release and some updates on our plans.

As you can imagine given current events several spring ProjectSuperWoman projects are up in the air.  First, I'm unsure Ashley is going to get to travel to where we can shoot together in April.  Second, while we have hope and travel planned both Michaela and I are concerned about our filming in June.  Third, I'm taking social distancing seriously and while very tempted I've not scheduled any new mini shoots with Bella like I had planned.

With many working from home or unable to work why don't I have free time to finish up content and respond to e-mails same day?  A little less than three years ago I pivoted to a job that is healthcare related.  It even revolves around ventilation.  I'm not a clinical person.  I do support clinical people and those building life saving devices.  They are my first priorities.  They are true heroes.

Still - we're all stuck inside more than we'd like and need some cheering up:  so when I can I'm working on the second part of my Bella shoot which is more light hearted and hopeful.  Soon! 

In the mean time please understand if I'm not replying quickly to special requests for future plans.

An innocent carefree woman like Bella turned evil?  It’s hard to believe Bella could be a supervillain but she’ll rip your heart out, and every other organ and bone, if you’re not careful!  Right after that she’ll burn everyone around you to a crisp with her heat vision.  Don’t think for a second a conventional jail will hold her.

Over the weekend PSW did a photo shoot with Bella in two new fun costumes.  We’ve started with the Dark Bella release.  Not a fan of dark heroines?  Not to worry; we’ve got something for you coming next.
