Someone has been paying goons to kidnap people down on their luck. Mindy Marvel put a stop to that, but we never learned who was behind the plan and what their motivations were. In this episode we learn who it was, what her plans are for Mindy Marvel, how she is recruiting Michaela to work with her, and how she has been able to give herself and her goons superpowers. This story picks up where “Mindy Marvel: Lost Souls”left off but also stands on its own.
